We are looking for people who think carefully, write precisely, and take genuine ownership of a problem, from the first brief to the final argument.

Experience in litigation, arbitration, or advisory work is an advantage. More important is intellectual seriousness, the capacity for independent judgment, and the kind of professional commitment that does not need to be asked for.

 

How We Work

At Perennial Chambers, there is no delegation chain between a matter and the people working on it. Team members engage directly with partners at every stage, research, strategy, drafting, and appearances. The learning curve is steep because the work demands it, and the responsibility is real because the matters are.
