Dev Karn Singh is a disputes lawyer whose practice focuses on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Insolvency and Regulatory matters. His work involves representing clients in complex disputes arising out of commercial relationships, contractual arrangements, and insolvency proceedings.
His experience includes appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). He has worked on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including both corporate insolvency proceedings and personal insolvency matters. In addition, he has handled Competition Law / Anti - Trust matters, representing clients in proceedings before the NCLAT.
In the field of Arbitration, he has represented clients in proceedings before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, particularly in disputes involving commercial and contractual issues. In addition, he also has extensive experience appearing before the District Courts across Delhi and the NCR, handling a broad range of Civil and Commercial disputes at different stages of Litigation.
Beyond Litigation, he also advises clients on issues relating to emerging areas of law. He has a particular interest in Gaming law and Media law, and has served as legal advisor to the Skill-Hub Online Gaming Federation (SOGF), which is associated with the World Esports Federation, the International Mind Sports Association, and the Global Esports Federation.
